H. Hartman

When Edward Hubert Hartman passed away, backed in 2000, he left behind a tradition of passion, intelligence, hard work and caring for others. EH Hartman was an electronics engineer from the Indiana Institute of Technology, a classical guitarist, philanthropist, family and leader. When he retired from his engineering job he embraced a huge mission: to work for his countrymen promoting classical music events, fighting for the environment and designing innovative devices to help people and companies take advantage of scarce resources.

E. H. Hartman was an active philanthropist. He donated his time and work to develop young people’s skills, deliver classical music to small communities in central Mexico, and speak to kids and adults about his two classical music loves: Mozart and Beethoven. E. H. as we lovingly refer to him, dedicated his late years to making this world a better world and embraced a young discipline, perceived more as a pastime back in the 90’s: ecology. Also he joined a group of friends, business people, entrepreneurs and industrialists in The Mexican Foundation for Rural Development, an NGO (non-governmental organisation) with a mission to help farmers in Mexico. EH was also a Boy Scout Leader, where he created and organised events fostering innovation, creativity, and love for challenge and accomplishment.

Today, at The Hartman Institute, we honour that tradition with a simple mission:

“To educate and stimulate people’s minds, aiming for a better world”.

Our mission focuses in three main areas: innovation, leadership and execution. We zoom into those three and put together the highest quality offers available, to educate and stimulate the minds of those who come to us for training.

When Edward Hubert Hartman passed away, backed in 2000, he left behind a tradition of passion, intelligence, hard work and caring for others.
